  Students with textbook reservations have the first opportunity to save up to 25% on textbooks by choosing to purchase used books (as available). The average one term textbook expense is $350 to $475. No sales tax is charged on new and used textbooks that are required by instructors.

  You can choose to receive used books or new books only. Payment can be made with your new Syracuse University Bookstore pre-approved Credit Account, MasterCard or Visa. Returns in original condition and accompanied by the receipt will be accepted within 15 days of the start of the Fall term.
