Textbook Return Policy

• All textbooks in original condition may be returned within 15 days from the first day of classes for Fall and Spring terms, and the first 3 days of Summer Session. After that, a 1 day policy applies. Receipt is required.Textbooks are not returnable the last 2 weeks of the term.
• After the deadline, textbooks may be sold back at the current buyback value.

Non-Textbook Return Policy

• Merchandise in original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Receipt is required.

Non-Returnable

• computer hardware products. Manufacturer's warranties apply.
• opened packages of prewrapped materials
• dissection kits
• special orders
• personal items
• perishable food items
• study aids, audio books, books with CD's or tapes
• magazines and newspapers
• telephone calling cards
• technical pens and nibs
• art boards, paper, and markers
• shipping and handling charges
