Some oversized or heavy items require special shipping and handling charges. These charges are indicated in parentheses following the item description. This shipping and handling charge is total for the item, not in addition to what you see in the table above.
Q. When will my order be delivered?
A. Orders shipped ground are typically shipped within 24 hours of receipt and delivered within 5-7 days.
Second day delivery is available for orders received before 10am EST, Monday through Friday.
Delivery times are estimates; some items may take longer for delivery.
Q. Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
A. Weekend and holiday delivery is not available

Q. Can I pick up my order at the Bookstore? ...at the Warehouse?
A. Yes. You can pick up your order at the Schine Student Center Bookstore, the "Law Bookstore at the Dome," or at the Warehouse. SUID required when you pick it up.
Q. Is there a charge?
A. No. There is no charge for orders picked up at the Schine Student Center Bookstore, at the Dome, or at the Warehouse.
Q. How do I arrange to pick up my order at the Warehouse?
A. When you place your online order, choose "Warehouse Delivery" under the Shipping/Pickup option.
Q. Where do I pick it up?
A. Orders can be picked up:
- In the Schine Student Center Bookstore. Pick up your order in Customer Service on the upper level.
- In the Dome (Law textbooks). During the period the Bookstore operates its temporary location at the Carrier Dome for College of Law students,
Law textbooks are picked up at the Dome.
- At the Warehouse - during store hours. After hours, orders can be picked up at the Public Safety Office in the Warehouse.
Q. When will my order be ready to pick up?
A. For orders received by midnight, your order will be ready for pickup after noon the next business day (Monday-Friday). For orders received after midnight, your order will be ready for pickup after noon the second business day.
Q. Can I have my order delivered to my Syracuse University residence hall?
A. Yes
Q. Is there a charge for residence hall delivery?
A. Yes. $4.95
Q. When will my order be delivered to my residence hall?
A. Your order will be delivered to the front desk of your residence hall on the second business day after you place your order. Weekend and holiday delivery is not available.

Q. How do you use my email address?
A. After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have
checked that you would like to receive email about special promotions, we will send you that
information. But, we don't share our mailing lists with anyone and will not send you any unsolicited
email.
Q. When do you charge my credit card?
A. Your credit card is charged when we process your order
for delivery. Should one of your items be temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly by email and you will not be charged for that item.
